Island Express Air’s luggage allowance (per person):
CARRY ON LUGGAGE
On all routes Island Express Air allows 30 lbs of Carry-On luggage at no additional charge.
Overweight Carry-On luggage is charged on a per pound basis as follows:
Luggage weight prepaid at time of booking: $0.75 / lb.
Luggage weight non-prepaid or in excess of the pre-paid weight: $1.00 / lb.
CHECKED LUGGAGE
Checked luggage is charged on a per pound basis as follows:
Luggage weight pre-paid at time of booking: $0.75 / lb, Minimum $15.00 plus tax.
Luggage weight prepaid or in excess of the pre-paid weight: $1.00 / lb, Minimum $20.00 plus tax.
All luggage will be weighed at time of check-in.
We encourage our passengers to declare their luggage weight when booking to take advantage of our lower rates and to be guaranteed that their luggage will be transported on the same flight.
