Weather

Our multi-engine, fixed-wing, wheeled aircraft are fully "IFR certified", meaning they can safely fly through almost any type of weather, including rain, fog, snow, and ice. Because we typically fly into large, well-equipped airports, we very rarely face delays due to weather. Major thunderstorm systems and very thick ground-based fog (as is sometimes seen early in the morning during October/November) are the most common causes for delays.

For the most accurate information about on-time status during bad weather days, please see our Realtime Flight Status.

Flights delayed or cancelled due to weather will be replaced with the next available flight. Customers can also choose to replace delayed or cancelled flights with a fully-transferrable flight credit valid for two years.
