I was one month late for my flight with Island Express. That's right- one month late!  I had accidently booked a date exactly one month earlier than I had intended. After explaining MY error, I was offered a seat.  No new fare, no penalty, no hassle. That's small carrier service!  Thank you again.

Terrific service for commuters from Alberta . Thank you for your professional and direct service to and from Nanaimo on our recent travels from Victoria to Nanaimo. How simple, well priced , and convenient to go from Calgary and on to Nanaimo in such a short time !
